Theme: MEDITATION & SELF-KNOWLEDGE


The Gnostic Institute of Anthropology Durham invites you to join us for a series of Lectures & Meditation , to help on the understanding of the mysteries within ourselves and how they can impact our life and wellbeing.

Meditation and Self-knowledge is a great tool to overcome suffering, anxiety, stress and to achieve a more fulfilled and joyful life.

Join our events every Mondays at Croxdale Community Centre - 6pm to 8pm.

Our activities are completely FREE, and you are welcome to bring with you friends and family members that could also enjoy and benefit from this activity.
